基于VB与AutoCAD的汽车散热器/中冷器图形设计输出方法研究

摘　　要：基于VB编程语言平台和AutoCAD计算机辅助设计软件对汽车散热器/中冷器图形设计输出方法进行研究。利用设计计算并经校核得到的散热器/中冷器芯体的总体尺寸、冷却水管和散热带等参数,可一键自动快速生成产品工程图图样;提供了部件库等的自定义操作,相关汽车散热器/中冷器工程设计人员很容易实现产品升级与个性化设计。采用该方法,不仅提高了汽车发动机散热器/中冷器工程图绘制的准确性,而且绘图效率提高了10倍以上。Graphics of automobile radiator and intercool based on VB and AutoCAD are studied,dimensions of radiator and intercooler,parameters of cooling water pipe and radiator fin are obtained through design calculation and checking.One Key Drawing creates rapidly engineering drawings of automobile radiator and intercooler.User-defined operations are provided such as part database,which enables designers to realize products update and individualized design.This method can not only greatly improve drawing accuracy of the automobile radiator and intercooler engineering drawing,but also improve the drawing efficiency by more than ten times.
