荞麦芦丁对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨荞麦花叶中芦丁(RBFL)对卡介苗加脂多糖诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS)建立小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,不同剂量RBFL进行干预,同时设立联苯双酯为阳性对照药,观察小鼠的一般状况,测定小鼠血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性,计算肝质量指数,观察肝脏病理变化,评价其对免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。结果与模型组比较,RBFL各剂量组均能显著改善BCG加LPS诱导的免疫性肝损伤小鼠的一般状况,对抗其血清中ALT及肝脏指数的升高,并能减轻肝脏病理损伤。结论RBFL对卡介苗加脂多糖诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤具有保护作用。[ Objective ] To observe the effects of rutin from buckwheat flowers and leaves （RBFL） on immune hepatic injury of mice induced by BCG and LPS. [Methods] Immune hepatic injury model of mice was induced by BCG and LPS, meanwhile, different concentrations of RBFL were applied to observe their effects. Bifendate was se- lected as positive control drug. The effect of RBFL was evaluated by observing the general condition of the mice, de- tecting the serum ALT activity, calculating liver index, and examining the pathological changes of the liver. [Re- suits ] Compared with model group, different dosages of RBFL could obviously improve the general condition of BCG and LPS induced immune hepatic injury mice, antagonize the increase of serum ALT and liver index, and lighten the pathological injury of the liver. [ Conclusions ] RBFL possessed protective effect on immune hepatic injury of mice induced by BCG and LPS.
