美洲大蠊中两个有抑菌活性的单甘酯的研究

摘　　要：目的进行美洲大蠊的脂溶性抑菌化学成分研究。方法采用滤纸片法追踪美洲大蠊的脂溶性抑菌活性成分。采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱分离纯化,NMR,MS确定化合物的结构。结果分离到两个有抑菌活性的化合物,分别为油酸-1-甘油酯和亚油酸-1-甘油酯。结论两个化合物均为首次从该虫体中分离得到。Objective In order to study the liposoluble antimicrobial activity chemical components of Periplaneta americana L. , the isolation and purification of the lipo - soluble antimicrobial activity chemical components of Periplaneta americana L. were performed by silica gel column chromatography and sephadex LH -20. The structures were determined by NMR and MS spectral analysis. The antimicrobial activity was tracked by filter paper slice method. As a result, two antimicrobial activity compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as （ Z9 ） - 9 - oetadecenoic acid - 2′,3′- dihydroxy propyl ester and （ zg, Z12 ） - 9,12 - octadecenoic ac -id -2′,3′-dihydroxy propyl ester respectively. The compounds were isolated from Periplaneta americana L. for the first time.
