摘　　要：目的 探讨小鼠脑缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）脑组织中水通道蛋白-9（AQP-9）的表达及意义.方法 低氧浓度环境下制作小鼠HIE模型,逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法检测AQP-9mRNA的表达水平,免疫组织化学法检测AQP-9蛋白的表达量.结果 模型组各时间点AQP-9mRNA（灰度值最高值1.8223±0.1468）及AQP-9蛋白表达水平[最高值（26.745±2.875）％]均高于对照组,同时AQP-9蛋白与AQP-9 mRNA表达量呈正相关（r=0.811,P ＜0.01）.结论 AQP-9可能参与了小鼠HIE的发生和发展,并起关键作用.Objective To explore the expression and significance of aquaporin 9 （AQP-9） in the brain tissues of mice with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）.Methods The mouse HIE models were prepared under hypoxia （37,8％ oxygen concentration）.Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） were adopted to detect the expression of AQP-9 protein and mRNA respectively.Results The expression of AQP-9 protein [peak level：（26.745 ± 2.875） ％] and mRNA （peak value：1.8223 ± 0.1468） in model group at each every time point was higher than in control group.Simultaneously,there was a positive correlation between AQP-9 protein and mRNA expression （r =0.811,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion AQP-9 might play roles in formation and development of HIE of mice.
