摘 要:为研究不同车辆条件对列车横向振动偏移量的影响,从而为高速铁路限界的拟定提供理论依据。基于SIMPACK有限元软件,建立车辆-线路耦合模型,研究车辆载荷、新旧车轮、车辆类型对高速列车横向振动偏移量的影响。仿真结果表明:磨耗到限的旧轮较新轮对横向振动偏移量的影响较大,最大从73.8mm增大到156mm;动车满载有利于减小车体的横向振动偏移量;由于车辆悬挂系数等参数不同,动车车型对车体的横向振动也有影响;线路条件对车体的横向振动偏移量影响较大,建议制定车辆限界时除车辆本身的状态外,还应考虑线路条件的影响。To make clear the influences of different vehicle conditions on train transverse vibration offset so as to provide theoretical basis for the formulating of clearance limitation of high-speed railway, the vehicle-route coupling model was built by finite element software SIMPACK; and the influence on train transverse vibration offset caused by vehicle load, by old and new wheels, and by vehicle type were researched respectively. The simulation results are as follows: the old wheel which is close to or beyond the wear allowance has influence on train transverse vibration offset larger than that of the new wheel, and the maximum transverse vibration offset increases from 73.8mm to 156mm. Besides, the full load of EMU train is beneficial to reduce the transverse vibration offset. Moreover, the vehicle type has influence on the train transverse vibration offset because of the different suspension coefficients. Also, the route condition has great influence on the train transverse vibration offset, so it is suggested that in addition to the vehicle condition itself, the route condition should be taken into account when formulating the vehicle clearance limitation.
