文拉法辛缓释剂与盐酸舍曲林治疗抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较文拉法辛缓释剂与盐酸舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法 81例抑郁症患者随机分为2组,研究组给予文拉法辛缓释剂治疗,对照组给予盐酸舍曲林治疗,疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后2组HAMD评分均较治疗前有显著降低(t=5.941,3.136;P<0.01),治疗1周时文拉法辛缓释剂组显著降低(t=6.002,P<0.01),研究组起效快,两组不良反应均较轻微。结论文拉法辛缓释剂能显著改善患者的抑郁症状,起效快。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine extended release（XR） and sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of depression. Methods A total of 81 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,the study group was treated with venlafaxine extended release（XR）,the control group were treated with sertraline hydrochloride for 8 week- s. Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）were used to assess efficacy and adverse ef- fects. Results After treatment,the HAMD scores were significantly lower than those before treatment （t = 5. 941,3. 136 P〈 0.01 ）, after 1 - week treatment, venlafaxine extended release （XR）group was significantly lower （t = 6. 002, P〈 0. 01 ）.
