工娱治疗对慢性精神分裂症临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨工娱治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法将我院120例男性慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组与对照组各60例,对照组接受常规治疗及护理,实验组在此基础上给予工娱治疗。结果 3个月后,实验组患者阴性症状得到了明显改善,与对照组比较差异有显著性(t=2.841,P<0.05),结论工娱治疗明显改善了慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,提高了生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of occupational and recreation treatment in patients with chronic schizophre- nia. Methods A total of 120 male patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the control group received routine treatment and nursing,the experimental group was treated with occupational and recreation treatment on the basis of routine treatment and nursing. Results After 3 months,negative symp- toms were significantly improved in the experimental group, there was significant difference between two groups （t = 2. 481, P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Occupational and recreation treatment can obviously improve negative symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia and their quality of life.
