摘 要:目的讨论团体心理辅导对流动儿童心理状况的影响。方法采用中学生心理健康评定量表、青少年心理韧性量表、青少年社会支持评定量表、Rosenberg自尊量表,对北京市某流动儿童学校的41人进行干预,并以46人为对照。结果①干预组在中学生心理健康评定量表的症状总分上有了显著降低(t=-2.31,P<0.05),具体表现在敌对(t=-3.24,P<0.01)、适应不良(t=-2.10,P<0.05)、情绪不稳定(t=-2.33,P<0.05)3个因子上;②干预组在青少年心理韧性总分(t=2.77,P<0.01)和社会支持总分(t=2.56,P<0.05)上有了显著性提高;③干预组在自尊量表得分上没有显著性变化。结论团体心理辅导能加快流动儿童心理状况好转的进程,从整体上提高流动儿童的心理健康水平。Objective To explore the effect of group counseling on improving migrant children' mental health. Methods Mi- grant children from a migrant children school in Beijing were divided into intervention group(41 students)and contrast group(46 students). Intervention group completed the Mental Health Inventory of Middle-school Students,Resilience Scale for Chinese Ado- lescents,Social Scale for Adolescents,and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale before and after 6 sessions of group counseling,as contrast group completed these questionnaires without any intervention. Results ① On the mental health of middle-school students,inter- vention group showed a significant difference (t =-2.31 ,P〈0. 05),specifically in hostility(t=3.24,P〈0.01),maladjustment (t =-2.10, P〈0. 05), and emotional instability (t =-2. 33, P〈0.05). ②Intervention group showed a significant difference in re- silience (t= 2.77 ,P〈0.01)and social support(t= 2.56 ,P〈0. 05). ③On the self-esteem,intervention group didn't show a signifi- cant difference. Conclusion Group counseling can speed up the process of positive change in migrant children' mental health ,and enhance their whole mental health.
