舟曲灾区青少年负性生活事件与主观幸福感的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨灾区青少年心理韧性、负性生活事件与主观幸福感的关系。方法对舟曲地区311名中学生进行青少年生活事件量表、主观幸福感问卷及青少年心理韧性问卷的测查。结果①灾区青少年负性生活事件及主观幸福感各维度年级差异显著(负性生活事件上,F=2.89,P<0.05;生活满意度维度上,F=3.52,P<0.05;积极情感维度上,F=3.31,P<0.05);②负性生活事件、心理韧性与生活满意度、消极情感相关显著;③心理韧性在负性生活事件对生活满意度的影响中起着完全中介作用,心理韧性在负性生活事件对消极情感的影响中起着部分中介作用。结论负性生活事件通过心理韧性的中介作用影响主观幸福感。Objective To explore the relationships among negative life events ,xesilience and subjective well-being of adolescents in disaster area. Methods A total of 311 middle school students were investigated by the Adolescent Self--Rating Life Event check list,Resilience Scale Student＇s Life Satisfaction Scale and PANAS. Results ①There were significant grade differences a- mong negative life events （F = 2. 89, P〈 0.05 ） and SWB （life Satisfaction, F = 3. 52, P 〈 0.05 ; positive affection, F = 3.31, P 0.05）. ②There were statistically significant correlation among life events ,resilience and dimensions of SWB. ③Resilience complete- ly mediated the effect of negative life events on adolescents＇ life satisfaction, Resilience partially mediated the effect of negative events on adolescents＇ negative affection. Conclusion Negative life events influences SWB through the mediating effect of re- silience.
