摘  要:目的调查大一学生学习倦怠发生情况,探讨学习倦怠和学校适应不良的关系。方法采用大学生学习倦怠量表、大学生学校适应不良量表,对大一367名大学生进行调查。结果①大一学生存在学习倦怠,发生率为29.70%;②大一学生学习倦怠各因子及总分与适应不良存在正相关(r=0.369,0.422,0.341,0.451;P均<0.01);③学校适应不良学生的倦怠分值和各维度分值均高于适应良好组(P<0.05或0.01);④适应不良组男女生学习倦怠总分无差异,男生行为不当分值高于女生(t=1.998,P<0.05)。结论大一学生学校适应不良影响其学习倦怠水平,提高大一学生适应性有利于改善学习倦怠。Objective To investigate freshman learning burnout and its relationship with school maladjustment. Methods To investigate 367 freshman by use of college students' learning burnout scale and college students school maladjustment scale. Results ①Freshman learning burnout existed with the incidence of 29.70% ;②Freshman learning burnout factors and total scores were positively correlated with school maladjustment (r = 0. 369,0. 422,0. 341,0. 451 ; P〈 0. 01 ) ; ③The burnout scores and dimension scores of freshmen with school maladjustment were higher than those of the well-adapted group(P〈0.05);④ There was no gen- der difference in maladjustment group in the learning burnout scores (t = 0. 043 ,P〈0. 05),boys scored higher inappropriate behav- ior than girls(t= 1. 998,P〈0. 05). Conclusion To improve the adaptability of freshmen is helpful to avoid the learning burnout for they are closely correlated.
