金匮肾气丸治疗牙周病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的初步评价金匮肾气丸治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法选取120例牙周病病例,经中医辩证诊断为肾气亏损;随机分为两组各60例,A组采用中医辨证治疗,进行一次全口龈上、龈下超声波洁治后,先以金匮肾气丸汤剂每日1剂,2次/d,煎服2周,后以丸剂桂附地黄丸口服,每次8丸,2次/d,2周为一疗程,3个疗程结束后统计疗效。B组单纯进行一次全口龈上、龈下超声波洁治。疗效测定分别于治疗前(基线)、疗程结束后4周、12周复诊分别检查记录每个受检位点的①菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、②龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、③牙周探诊深度(periodontal probing depth,PD)、④附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)、⑤探诊出血(bleeding onp robin,BOP)牙周检测临床指标。结果 A组疗程结束后4周、12周的PLI、SBI、PD、AL、BOP疗效测定分别与治疗前(基线)对比明显改善,差异有统计学意义;B组差异无统计学意义;A组与B组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论金匮肾气丸治疗牙周病短期疗效良好,但长期疗效仍有待观察研究。Objective Clinical curative effect evaluation of Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods 120 patients with periodontal disease, the Chinese medicine dialectical diagnosis of Shenqi losses; 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group of 60 cases treated by TCM, a full supragingival, subgingival ultrasonic scaling, removal of plaque, first in Jinkui Shenqi Pill decoction, daily 1 agent, 2 times/day, 2 weeks after taking decoction, pill Guifu Dihuang Pill, 8 pills each time, 2 times/d, 2 weeks as a course of treatment, the curative effect after the 3 course of treatment. Group B received a full supragingival, subgingival ultrasonic scaling. Curative effect were measured before treatment（baseline）, after treatment for 4 weeks, 12 weeks were examined by recording each of PLI, SBI, PD, AL, and BOP clinical indicators of periodontal detection. Results In group A after treatment for 4 weeks, 12 weeks of PLI, SBI, PD, AL, BOP were measured before and after treatment efficacy（baseline） contrast is improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant; there was no significant difference in B group; A group compared with B group, the difference has not very significant. Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of periodontal disease to get short-term clinical curative effect good, but the long-term efficacy remains to be seen on.
