摘　　要：目的观察吴茱萸帖敷涌泉穴配合中药内服治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法吴茱萸帖敷涌泉穴配合中药内服治疗复发性口腔溃疡128例(中药组),并与西药治疗的120例(西药组)作对照,观察治疗前后主要症状的改善情况及远期疗效。结果治疗6d时中药组溃疡面积、充血面积缩小及疼痛缓解程度明显优于西药组;中药组总有效率95.3%,显著高于西药组的67.5%。结论吴茱萸帖敷涌泉穴配合中药内服治疗复发性口腔溃疡有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of oral taking of Chinese herbal medicine, combined with Wuzhuyu exterl appling of Yongquan acupoint on recurrent oral ulcers（ROU）. Methods A total of 128 patients with ROU in the treated group were treated with the combined therapy, and 120 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results On the 6th day after treatment, the reduction of ulcerated and congestive area as well as the degree of pain in the treated group were more significant than those in the control group.The total effective rates were 95.3% and 67.5% respectively, showing significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Oral taking of Chinese herbal medicine, combined with Wuzhuyu exterl appling of Yongquan acupoint on recurrent oral ulcers had better clinical effects.
