摘　　要：目的 探讨CDH13在膀胱癌组织中的表达和临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学染色法检测CDH13在23例正常膀胱黏膜和71例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达,并结合膀胱癌临床病理资料进行统计学分析.结果 膀胱癌组织中CDH13的表达明显低于正常膀胱黏膜,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中CDH13表达减少与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤数目和肿瘤形态无关（P＞0.05）,但是与肿瘤的生长、分化不良以及侵袭密切相关（P＜0.05）.结论 CDH13表达减少是膀胱癌发生发展的一个重要促进因素,并有可能成为膀胱癌治疗的新靶点.Objectives The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of CDH13 in bladder cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of CDH13 in 23 normal bladder mucosa and 71 bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues was detected using immunohistochemical study,and correlated with clinicopathological data of bladder cancer patients.Results The expression of CDH13 in bladder cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal bladder mucosa,and the defference was statistically significant（P ＜ 0.01） ; The down-regulated expression of CDH13 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues was unrelated with patient＇s age,gender,tumor number or tumor shape,but correlated with tumor growth,poor differentiation and tumor invasion.Conclusions Decreased CDH13 expression is an important promoting factor for the development of bladder cancer,and which may be a new therapy target.
