摘 要:复杂绳索体动力学过程的数值模拟在产品设计中有着越来越多的需求。本文讨论了绳索单元特征及其动力学模型,并基于有限元法,研究了在LS-DYNA中采用安全带单元实现复杂绳索体动力学仿真建模的方法,包括绳索体材料与单元定义、载荷设置、初始状态设置和接触问题的处理等;对柔性网体展开过程进行了数值仿真,结果表明:采用LS-DYNA安全带单元,可有效地实现复杂绳索体动力学过程的模拟;采用"节点-表面"的接触类型,可有效地实现柔性网体与其它对象的接触模拟。The dynamics numerical simulation is more and more important in the product design o5 uexmm net. lne modeling and dynamical characteristic of rope element are discussed in this paper. Based on the finite element method, a new method is proposed to simulate flexible net with seatbeh element in LS - DYNA. The key points of modeling in the method are described, including definition of elements and material character, load setting, initial condition setting and the processing of contact relationship. The method is verified by a simulation for the deploy- ment process of flexible net. The result shows that it is effective and robust to simulate of net deployment with LS - DYNA seatbelt elements, and the contact relationship between flexible net and entity can be realistically simu|ated with "nodes to surface" contact definition.
