深圳工业碳排放影子价格计量

摘　　要：本文基于运筹学的线性规划方法构建了影子价格模型，并以深圳市工业行业为例进行了实证研究，计算了2008～2010年深圳市工业全行业、轻工业、重工业和26个纳入碳排放交易体系的工业行业的碳排放权的影子价格。结果表明，深圳重工业二氧化碳的影子价格明显大于轻工业，26个工业行业的二氧化碳影子价格差异巨大。This paper constructs the model by using linear programming, calculates the shadow price of carbon dioxide of the overall Industrial industry, light industry, heavy industry and 26 industries included in the carbon emissions trading system in Shenzhen from 2008 to 2010. The results show that the shadow price of carbon dioxide of the heavy industry is significantly greater than that of the light industry. The shadow prices of carbon dioxide of the 26 industrial industries display huge differences, a far cry from the maximum and minimum values.
