摘  要:目的探讨健康教育路径在无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)中的作用及效果。方法将初次进行电休克治疗的患者随机分为两组,实验组在治疗的同时,按健康教育路径进行宣教,而对照组予以常规的健康教育。两组分别采用自行设计的问卷进行治疗依从性、健康教育知识测试卷及护理服务满意度调查表进行评定。结果实施健康教育路径后,实验组患者依从性、健康教育知晓率及满意度均高于对照组(χ2=7.23,9.90,5.32;P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径的实施能提高无抽搐电休克治疗患者的依从性、健康教育达标率以及护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the effect of health education path on accepted modified electro convulsive therapy (MECT). Methods Patients who accepted MECT for the first time were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group took health education path for mission and the treatment ,while the contrast group received regular health education. Both groups were measured treatment compliance ,nursing satisfaction and health education knowledge using self-designed questionnaire. Results After the implementation of health education path, compliance, health education knowledge and satisfaction level were all signifi- cantly better in study group than control group(χ2=7.23,9.90,5.32;P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education path can improve compliance,health knowledge and satisfaction in--patients with MECT.
