亚洲维和官兵有自杀意念的适应性障碍及个性特征的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨亚洲国家（印度、孟加拉国、巴基斯坦）赴利比里亚维和官兵有自杀意念的适应性障碍与个性特征之间的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法，运用《史森克人格问卷（EPQ）》和《军人适应不良自评量表（MMMs）》对亚洲国家380名维和官兵进行测评。结果亚洲维和官兵有自杀意念的人数占总人数的28．16％。亚洲维和官兵个性的内向不稳定、外向不稳定：外向稳定、内向稳定分别占总人数的5．27％、1．05％、22．89％、70．79％。在到达维和地区第7天时，无自杀意念组的亚洲维和官兵适应不良总分和行为问题因子分低于有自杀意念组（t=5．37，4．21；P〈0．05）。第120天时无自杀意念组的亚洲维和官兵适应不良总分和各因子分与有自杀意念组均无显著差异（t=1．81，2．03；P〉0．05）。相关分析显示，有自杀意念组适应不良的情绪适应因子与个性情绪稳定性（N维度）、无自杀意念组的适应不良总分与内-外向（E维度）呈低度正相关，无自杀意念组的适应不良情绪适应因子与L量表分呈低度负相关（r=-0．140-0．210，P〈0．05）。多元逐步回归发现，情绪稳定性可影响有自杀意念的亚洲维和官兵的适应状况（P〈0．05）。结论亚洲维和官兵自杀意念发生率为28．16％；其有自杀意念者的适应性障碍受个性特征的N维度影响。Objective To investigate the relationship of mental maladjustment with personality characteristic of Asian countries （India,Bangladesh,Pakistan）. Methods By random cluster＇sampling,380 Asian peacekeepers were investigated with Eysenck Per- sonality Questionnaire（EPQ） and Military Mental Maladjustment Scale（MMMS） and the acquired data were analyzed with SPSS statistic 17.0 program. Results The percentage of Asian peacekeepers with suicidal ideation was 28.16 %. Asian peacekeepers＇ re- sults within an unstable personality, outgoing instability, outward stability,and stability were within the total number of 5.27 %, 1.050%, 22.89 %, 70.79 %. The maladaptive behavior problems score and factor scores of Asian peacekeepers with suicidal ideation were lower than those without suicidal ideation （t= 5.37,4. 21;P〈0. 05）. There was not significant difference between Asian peacekeepers with and without suicidal ideation in scores of MMMS at the 120th day （t = 1.81,2.03;P〈0.05）. Correlation analy- sis showed that,emotional stability was positive correlation with personality factors （N dimensions） in suicide ideation group,mal- adaptive score was positive correlation with E dimension in no suicidal ideation group;In no suicidal ideation group,emotional disor- ders factor were low negative correlation with L scale score（r=-0. 140-0. 210 ,P〈0.05）. Multiple regression found that the emo- tion stability might impact on adjustment conditions of Asian peacekeepers with suicidal ideation（t= 2.197 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of suicidal ideation is 28.16% ;Adjustment disorder of Asian peacekeepers with suicidal ideation is influenced by N dimensions.
