摘  要:研究的目的是探讨土壤含水量和磷化合物种类对磷稳定铅的影响。在土壤中加入4.826mmol kg^-1水溶性铅,培养后以P:Pb=2(mol:mol)分别加入磷酸二氢钙、磷酸二氢钾和磷酸,含水量设置2%、10%和25%3个水平,培养55d。结果表明,加磷后,同一含水量下,与对照相比土壤DTPA—Pb含量降低幅度在1.92-2.77mmolkg^-1之间,DTPA—Pb含量随着土壤含水量的增加而降低;同一含水量下,不同磷处理间DTPA—Pb含量间无显著差异(P〉0.05);同种磷处理下,土壤Olsen—P含量随含水量的升高而升高,同一含水量下,添加磷酸处理的Olsen—P含量显著高于其它两种磷处理(P〈0.05);除含水量为2%和10%的对照pH相同外,其它处理pH均随含水量的升高而降低。土壤Ca8-P含量除添加磷酸二氢钾的处理外均随含水量的升高而降低;除添加磷酸二氢钙的处理外,其他处理的Ca2-P和Ca8-P含量之和有随含水量的升高而降低的趋势。以上结果表明,土壤含水量增加导致土壤磷和铅有效性增加,从而促进水溶性磷酸盐对铅的稳定,磷化合物种类对磷稳定铅的效果影响较小,除Ca2-P和Ca8-P以外的土壤磷形态对于稳定铅可能起一定作用。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of soil water content and the difference of phosphates on the immobilization of Pb in soil. A soil was spiked with 4.826 mmol kg-1 lead (Pb) before incubation, then phosphate was amended at P: Pb = 2 (tool: tool) as calcium dihydrogen phosphate (CDP), potassium dihydrogen phosphate (PDP) or phosphoric acid (PA), and incubated at 2%, 10% or 25% water contents for 55 days. The results indicated that the DTPA-Pb contents of the amended soil dropped 1.99 - 2.77 mmol kg-1 compared with the control, and the contents decreased with increasing soil water content. At the same water content, no significant difference existed between different phosphates (P 〉 0.05). For the same phosphate-amended soil, the Olsen-P contents of soil increased with increasing soil water content. For soils of the same water content, the Olsen-P content of soil amended with PA was significantly higher than those amended with CDP or PDP (P 〈 0.05). Except that the controls with 2% and 10% water content had the same values of pH, the pH of other treatments decreased with increasing soil water content. Except the soil amended with PDP, CarP contents of other treatments decreased with increasing soil water content. Except the soil amended with CDP, the sum of Ca2-P and Ca8-P of other amended soils decreased with increasing soil water content. The results suggested that increasing soil water content resulted in higher availabilities of phosphorus and lead, both enhanced the immobilization of Pb with phosphate. So the effect of the difference between phosphates on the immobilization effect was negligible, the soil phosphate fraction in addition to Ca2-P and Ca8-P could affect the immobilization of Pb with phosphate.
