摘　　要：胡锦涛的公平正义思想是党中央领导集体关于我国公平正义思想的最新理论成果,是在当前我国居民收入差距持续扩大、人民对公平正义的愿望日益强烈的社会背景之下,立足于我国经济与社会快速发展的客观实际,与我国新时期、新阶段特点相符合的公平正义思想。胡锦涛的公平正义思想内容极其丰富,主要包括:权利公平的思想、机会公平的思想、规则公平的思想、分配公平的思想以及外交公平正义的思想等重要方面。With China＇s income gap continuing to widen and Chinese people＇s longing for fairness and justice becoming increasingly strong, Hu Jintao＇s thought of fairness and justice, the newest theoretical achievement of CPC＇s central leading body, is based on the objective realities of China＇s rapid economic and social development and is consistent with the ideological characteristics of the new era and phase. Hu＇s thought of fairness and justice is rich in content, which mainly includes the thoughts of fairness on right, opportunity, rules as well as distribution, and the thought of fairness and justice on diplomacy and etc.
