摘  要:聚合物锂离子电池因其能量密度高、使用寿命长、无记忆失效等特点正逐渐成为UUV(unmaned underwater vehicles)能源的主体,而准确地检测锂电池的充放电和使用状态对锂电池的寿命和水下作业的正常进行有着至关重要的作用。通过对锂电池技术和UUV技术的研究,设计出了一种新型的可监控多节(40节以上)锂电池串联的监测管理系统,数据通过CAN总线输出,且该系统能够实现对各节电池的均衡充电。海试应用证明了该系统准确性好、实时性强和稳定性高。Polymer lithium-ion batteries became the main energy sources of UUV for high power density, long service life, memoryless failure and other traits. It is very important to detect the batteries' voltage accurately in recharged and working state. A surveillance technology for recharging polymer lithium-ion batteries isostatically was researched. A novel intelligent system, which could detect forty lithium batteries or more at the same time and whose detected data were output by CAN lines, was designed. The sea trial shows that the surveillance system can work well and robustly in real time.
