摘  要:针对当前太阳能LED路灯控制器存在通用性差、寿命短的问题,设计了一种通用性较强的大功率太阳能LED路灯控制器。以PIC单片机为控制核心,将太阳能发电部分与LED恒流驱动电路集成在一起,提高系统可靠性;采用同步Buck结构将太阳电池组件的最大功率点跟踪与蓄电池的多阶段充电法有机结合起来,提高系统对太阳能的利用率,延长蓄电池寿命;以LT3755为LED恒流源驱动芯片,采取双PWM方式将LED的模拟调光与数字调光结合起来,使并联LED数目可以提前设定,亮度可以分时段调整,增强控制器的通用性,有效延缓LED的光衰。实验结果表明:控制器通用性强,工作稳定,效率高。A high-power solar LED street lamp control system was designed to solve the problems of short life and poor universality. The circuits of solar power and constant-current drive LED were integrated to improve system reliability by PIC micro controller. To improve the utilization of solar energy and extend battery life, the maximum power point tracking of solar modules and batteries multi-stage charging method were combined by the circuits of synchronous Buck structure. To set the number of parallel LED in advance and adjust the brightness in different times, LT3755 was used to make constant-current source and drive LED, and the dual PWM was as analog dimming and digital dimming of LED. So that the versatility of the controller was enhanced, and the LED's light fades was delayed. The experimental results show that the controller is versatile, stable and high efficiency.
