摘  要:由集约化公共交通与慢行交通组成的绿色交通,是城市交通未来发展的重要方向。针对各种交通方式混行的信号控制交叉口,结合绿色交通优先发展的思想,以机动车乘客人均延误与慢行交通人均延误的加权值最小为目标,以周期、绿信比的阈值为约束条件,建立了基于绿色交通优先通行的配时优化模型,并采用仿真模拟方法求解。同时,为了保证绿色交通的安全性,采用交通流冲突分析方法,提出了慢行交通一体化控制方式下的绿灯间隔确定方法。最后以长沙市人民西路—蔡锷南路交叉口为例,采用Vissim仿真软件,进行配时优化实例分析。计算结果表明,该模型在不增加机动车车均延误的情况下,可以显著地降低交叉口人均延误。The green transportation that consists of intensive public transport and slow traffic is an important direction for the urban traffic in the future. For various modes of transportation mixed signal controlled intersections, considering the idea of the priority development of green transportation , the paper presents a optimized model of signal timing with the minimum weighted value of per capita motor vehicle passenger delay and per capita slow traffic delay as the optimization objective, and the threshold value of cycle and green ratio are taken as constraint conditions. The mode is solved by simulation methods. At the same time, in order to ensure the safety of green transportation, this paper utilizes the conflict analysis method of traffic flow to research and put forward the determined method for the green interval in the slow traffic integrative control model. Finally, taking West Renmin Road--South CaiE Road intersection of Changsha as an example, the paper uses Vissim simulation software for a timing optimization case study, the result shows that the mode that does not increase the motor vehicle average delay can significantly reduce the per capita delay of the intersection.
