摘 要:目的探讨颞颌关节的磁共振(MR)扫描技术及扫描参数。方法 28例受检者行颞颌关节MR检查,分别扫描颞颌关节闭口位和开口位的斜矢状位和斜冠状位,扫描序列包括:T1W-Atse、T2W-TSE、T2-SPAIR、PDWI。结果受检者均能够得到很好的图像,其颞下颌关节的解剖形态显示清晰完整,所有成像序列均能够显示关节盘、关节窝、关节间隙、髁突骨质形态、盘周组织以及翼外肌等。结论 3.0TMR扫描序列及参数的优化组合、病人体位及扫描方位的正确选择均有助于检测引起临床症状或体征的颞颌关节盘及周围组织的解剖与病变损伤情况。Objective To explore the scanning techniques and parameters of TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint) MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). Methods MRI scanning from the obliquely sagittal and obliquely coronary angles was performed in 28 cases of patients respectively on the closed-end and open-end positions of TMJ. The scanning sequences were TtW-aTSE, T2W-TSE, T2-SPAIR and PDWI. Results High-quality images were obtained from scanning of all the patients with clear and complete reveal of the anatomical morphology of TMJ. The imaging sequences allowed good images of articular disc, articular fossa, joint gap, condylar bone form, disc-surrounded tissues and lateral pterygoid muscle. Conclusion Appropriate selection of patients' postures and scanning angles together with optimized combination of 3.0 T MRI scanning sequence and parameters was of good value in revealing the anatomical morphology and pathological changes of TMJ and surrounding tissues which resulted in clinical symptoms or signs.
