腮腺腺样囊性癌的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺腺样囊性癌的CT表现。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的腮腺腺样囊性癌患者的影像、病理和临床资料。结果 12例患者中肿瘤主要位于深叶5例,浅叶6例,1例弥漫性累及整个腮腺。根据其CT表现,腮腺腺样囊性癌可分为两种类型:①假包膜型:10例,表现为腮腺内境界清晰的孤立性肿块;②弥漫侵润型:2例,表现为腮腺弥漫性肿大或腮腺内界限不清的肿块。结论腮腺腺样囊性癌具有一定特征性,认识不同类型腮腺腺样囊性癌的CT表现,有助于腮腺腺样囊性癌的术前诊断。【Objective】 To investigate the CT feature of parotid adenoid cyst carcinoma（pACC）.【Methods】 12 cases pACC confirmed by pathologic were analyzed retrospectively,the manifestations of CT were evaluated and compared with the clinical and pathologic results.【Results】 Among the 12 cases,5 were located in the deep lobe of parotid gland,6 were in superficial lobe,while 1 involved the whole parotid gland.According to the CT manifestation,pACC can be divided into two types： pseudocapsule type,there was a pseudocapsule around the tumor on CT,10 cases belong to this type in this group;diffuse infiltrate type,the tumor grew in 2 cases.【Conclusion】 Parotid adenoid cyst carcinoma had some characteristics in CT,it is useful for us to make a diagnosis of pACC pre-surgery with a knowledge of different types.
