丙戊酸钠浓度对癫痫患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究和分析丙戊酸钠浓度对癫痫患者血清同型半胱氨酸(hcy)水平的影响。方法利用随机数字表将108例确诊为癫痫的患者分为两组,观察组予丙戊酸钠进行药物治疗,对照组不予以治疗。采用酶循环阈测定两组患者1、3、6和9个月的hcy浓度,对比两组患者的hcy浓度。结果观察组在接受治疗1、3、6和9个月后的hcy浓度明显高于对照组相同时间的hcy浓度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在癫痫的治疗过程中,丙戊酸钠会使患者体内的hcy浓度显著升高,在治疗癫痫时应严格观察患者体内hcy浓度,做到及早用药预防,防止严重并发症的出现。【Objective】 To discuss and analyze sodium valproate concentration＇s influence on epilepsia patients＇ serum homocysteine.【Methods】 108 cases epilepsia patients were divided into two groups according to random number table,gave sodium valproate to observation group＇s patients,while did not give any treatment to control group＇s patients,measured these two group patients＇ hcy concentrations after 1,3,6 and 9 months of treatment by using enzyme circulating valve test,compared these two group patients＇ hcy concentrations.【Results】 Observation group patients＇ hcy concentration after 1,3,6 and 9 months of treatment was obviously higher than that in control group（P 0.05）,it has statistical meaning.【Conclusion】 During the treatment process of epilepsia,sodium valproate would cause patients＇ hcy concentration increasing,and we should observe patients＇ hcy concentration seriously during the treatment process,and prevent severe complications earlier.
