摘  要:采用正交法优化封闭溶样前处理条件,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中的痕量金。实验结果表明,前处理最优组合为王水用量30 mL,溶解时间60 min,吸附时间40 min,解脱时间40 min。该方法的检出限为0.16 ng/g。经国家一级标准物质验证,该方法精密度、准确度均适用于地球化学样品中痕量金的测定。In this paper,orthogonal design was used for optimizing pretreatment conditions of sealed dissolution. Meanwhile ,trace gold in geochemical samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). And the optimized addition of aqua regia, dissolution time, adsorption and desorption time were 30 mL, 60 min,40 min,40 min, respectively. Detection limit of the method was 0. 16 ng/g. The precision and accuracy of method have been applicable to the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples by according to the consistent determination in national standard samples.
