摘  要:哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一种进化上十分保守的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,能对氨基酸、应激、氧、能量和生长因子等信号作出应答,并将信号传导到下游,最终调节细胞的生长和增殖.近几年研究发现,降低无脊椎模式生物中TOR通路的活性可增加寿命,雷帕霉素可延长实验鼠的寿命。Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) , as an evolutionarily conservative serine/threonine protein kinase, can integrate the signal inputs from amino acids, stress, oxygen, energy and growth factor. It can furthermore relay the signal to downstream and uhialately regulate cell growth and proliferation. Research in recent years have found that inhibiting the activity of TOR pathway in the invertebrate model organisms can extend their life span. Rapamycin, an inhibitor of roTOR, can prolong the life span of mice. Collectively, which indicates that roTOR pathway may have a close relation with the regulation of aging. Study on the rela-tionship between roTOR pathway and aging as well as the regulation mechanisms involved may be helpful for delaying a great deal of pathological development and finally extending human life span.
