摘 要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)在改进广枣总黄酮(TFC)提取工艺中的重要作用,以期得到一种理想的TFC提取新工艺。方法分别在TFC传统醇提法与水提法中加入β-CD,对所得TFC-β-CD包合物提取物采用脱包合技术去除无效成分,最后测定TFC提取量、浸膏量以及浸膏中TFC的含量,并与传统醇提工艺进行比较。结果醇提与水提法中加入β-CD的2种新工艺,它们的TFC提取量与传统醇提工艺比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但所得浸膏量显著降低,浸膏中TFC含量明显提高,与传统醇提工艺比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论β-CD作为辅助提取材料,在TFC提取工艺中有潜在的应用前景。Objective To study the importance of β-CD in improving the extraction of total flavones (TFC) to further obtain an ideal extraction for TFC. Methods As an adjuvant material, β-CD was used in the traditional water and ethanol extraction of TFC, respectively. The obtained 2 extracts of TFC-β-CD complex were excluded. The total amount of TFC, dry extract, and the content percent age of TFC in the extract from the 2 extraction processes were compared w.ith those from the simple ethanol extraction. Results The total amount of TFC from the 2 extraction processes were nearly similar to that from the simple ethanol extraction, with no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). However, the dry extract amount from the new processes was markedly decreased and the percentage of TFC in the extract from the new extraction methods was significantly increased. There was a significant difference between the new process and the ethanol extraction process (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion β-CD is valuable in the extraction of TFC.
