Livin和Survivin在中下段直肠癌组织中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的检测凋亡抑制因子Livin和Survivin在中下段直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨Livin和Survivin蛋白表达与中下段直肠癌不同临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测Livin和Survivin蛋白在80例中下段直肠癌组织及30例正常结直肠组织中的表达情况。结果 Livin和Survivin蛋白在中下段直肠癌组织中的表达明显高于正常结直肠组织(60%vs6.66%,61.25%vs3.33%),P<0.05。Livin蛋白表达与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Survivin蛋白表达与分化程度和浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。结论 Livin和Survivin蛋白在中下段直肠癌组织中表达上调;Livin蛋白高表达可能与肿瘤的局部浸润有密切的关系;Survivin蛋白高表达可能促进中下段直肠癌的远处转移。Livin和Survivin蛋白之间无明显相关性。Objective To detect the expression of livin and Survivin protein in Low and Middle Rectal Cancer and to explore its relation to clinicopathological characteristics of the patients. Methods By immu- nohistochemistry assay,the expressions of livin and Survivin protein were observed in 80 cases of Low and Middle Rectal Cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissues. Results The positive expres- sion rate of livin and Survivin protein was higher in Low and Middle Rectal Cancer than that of normal colorectal mucosa tissues（60% % vs 6.66%, 61.25 % vs 3.33 %, P 〈0.05 }. Clinicopathological correla- tion study found that the expression of livin was significantly associate with the Histology and Lymph node metastasis （ P 〈0.05 }. The expression of Survivin was significantly associate with the Histology and T stage （ P〈0.05 }. Conclusion The expression of Survivin and Livin is upregulated in Low and Middle Rec- tal Cancer. Livin protein expression might be associate with local infiltration of Low and Middle Rectal Cancer. Survivin protein expression might be associate with local infiltration of Low and Middle Rectal Cancer. Livin has no significant correlation with Survivin protein.
