乳腺浸润性导管癌中BCSG1、C-erbB-2、ER及PS2的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌中乳腺癌特异基因1(BCSG1)、C-erbB-2、雌激素受体(ER)及其诱导蛋白(PS2)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法对82例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者术后石蜡标本进行BCSG1、C-erbB-2、ER、PS2检测。结果 BCSG1、C-erbB-2、ER、PS2阳性表达率分别为68.29%、65.85%、73.17%、59.76%。BCSG1、C-erbB-2的阳性表达与淋巴结是否转移、pTNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。ER阳性表达与淋巴结是否转移显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小、pTNM分期无关(P>0.05)。PS2阳性表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结是否转移及TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。BCSG1阳性表达与C-erBb-2、ER、PS2均无关(P>0.05)。C-erBb-2阳性表达与ER、PS2呈负相关(P<0.05)。ER阳性表达与PS2呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 BCSG-1、C-erbB-2、ER及其诱导蛋白PS2在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中有重要意义,联合检测有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断、恶性程度判断、治疗方式选择及预后判断。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of BCSG1, C - erBb - 2, ER and its induced pro- tein PS2 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique SP method was used to detect the expression of BCSG1, C - erbB - 2, ER and PS2 in postoperative paraffin blocks of breast invasive ductal carcinoma in 82 cases. Then the results were analyzed. Results The positive rates of BCSG1, C - erBb - 2, ER and PS2 were 68.29% ,65.85% ,73.17% and 59.76% respectively. The expression of BCSG1, C - erbB -2 were significantly correla- ted with the lymph node metastasis and pTNM stages （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but not with age and tumor size （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The ex- pression of ER was significantly correlated with the lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05） ,but not with age, tumor size and pTNM stages （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of PS2 was not correlated with age, tumor size,lymph node metastasis and pT- NM stages （P 〉 0. 05）. The expression of BCSG1 was not correlated with C - erbB - 2, ER and PS2 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of C - erbB - 2 was negatively correlated with ER and PS2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of ER were positively correlated with PS2 （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion BCSG1, C - erBb - 2, ER and its induced protein PS2 are important in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Combined detection of expression contributes to the early diagnosis, judgment of malignant degree, treatment and prognostic assessment of the breast carcinoma.
