中药健脾扶正联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药健脾扶正与化疗联合治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取内江市中医医院2009年4月至2011年4月收治的80例晚期胃癌患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例给予常规化疗治疗,观察组40例患者给予中药健脾扶正联合化疗治疗。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为42.5%,对照组为37.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组的KPS评分和生活质量评分较治疗前有明显的改善,组间的数据比较具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期胃癌患者给予中药健脾扶正为主与化疗联合治疗是可行的,能够有效的提高患者的生活质量,改善身体状况。Objective To observe the effect of combination therapy with chemotherapy spleen righting in advanced gas- tric cancer. Methods Neijiang City Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2009 to April 2011 were treated 80 cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into in accordance with the control group and observation group, control group of 40 patients treated with conventional chemotherapy,4（J patients given the observation group TCM spleen righting combination chemotherapy. Results The clinical effective rate was 42. 5% ,37. 5 % in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; Treatment group and control group were observed after the KPS scores and quality of life scores than before treatment significantly improved, data comparison between the groups with significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse reactions observed group was significantly lower than that＇ of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Advanced gastric cancer were treated with traditional Chinese medicine the spleen righting the main therapy in combination with chemotherapy is feasible and can effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life, im- prove physical condition.
