摘  要:边界扫描测试是数字电路版测试的重要方法之一,由于其良好的效率和准确度日益得到关注和重视。但是现有的边界扫描软件给出的大都是文本形式的测试结果,给测试人员带来很多不便。针对此问题,提出一种用可视化方式展示数字电路板故障测试结果的方法。该方法利用改进的DMP布线算法,自动把多层电路板测试结果中故障管脚之间的连接关系用平面图形显示出来,使得连线不会穿过器件,避免相交。用平面可视化的方法展示多层电路板的测试结果,使得测试员可以迅速定位故障所在,提高了故障判断的效率和准确度,能良好的运用到实践之中。Boundary scan test is one of the important methods of digital circuit board testing, and it has received people's concern and attention because of its good efficiency and accuracy. The boundary of the existing scanning software gives the test results in the form of text, which has caused a lot of inconvenience for the tester. Aiming at this problem, using the improved DMP routing algorithm, a visual way display method put forward for digital circuit board fault test result. This method automatically displayed the connection relationship between pin with planar graphics among the multi-layer circuit board fault test results, which made the attachment not go through the devices or avoid intersecting. Display multilayer circuit board using the method of plane visual test results allows testers to quickly locate the malfunction, which not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault judgment, but also has good use in practice.
