摘  要:目的:分析高等院校现行师资评价体系存在的问题,探讨构建科学合理的高校教师绩效评价体系与管理机制。方法:在分析、总结经验及调研学习基础上,采用分类管理、定性与量化指标结合的方式,逐步构建适合中医药院校的教师评价体系。结果:建立了涵盖评价目标、评价分类、评价内容、评价指标和评价操作于一体的科学实用的新型教师绩效评价体系。结论:教师绩效评价体系在打造高素质教师队伍、建设重点学科、培育优秀教学团队等方面凸显成效,对增强新时期教学型高校的竞争能力并促使中医药院校持续健康发展具有积极意义。Objective: To analyze the problems existing in the current teacher evaluation system in colleges and universities of higher learning, and to explore the establishment scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of university teachers and manage- ment mechanism. Methods: Used classification management, the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators, gradually con- structed teacher evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities based on the analysis, summing up experi- ence and research learning. Results : Established scientific and practical new type of teacher performance evaluation system, which inte- grated covering the evaluation target, evaluation classification, evaluation content, evaluation index and evaluation operation. Conclu- sion : Teacher performance evaluation system has distinct effect on the aspects of creation high quality teacher troop, construction of key disciplines and cultivation excellent teaching team, which has positive significance on enhancing competition ability of teaching-oriented universities in the new period and promoting sustained and healthy development of TCM colleges and universities.
