摘　　要：目的:探讨基于以连翘酯苷(forsythiaside,FTS)为主要活性成分的连翘药理作用研究进展,为连翘进一步研究和开发利用提供文献支持。方法:查阅、收集连翘酯苷为主要生物活性成分的连翘药理作用相关的文献,并对其进行分析、整理。结果:以FTS为主要活性成分的连翘具有对认知障碍及短暂性脑缺血的神经保护作用、改善学习记忆障碍、舒张血管、抗氧化、抗菌、抗感染、解热、抗DNA损伤、防护耳毒性等广泛的药理作用。结论:连翘药理作用广泛,具有广阔的开发前景。Objective：To investigate research progress on pharmacology of Forsythia suspensa based on forsythiaside （FYS） as the main bioactive ingredient. Methods：Consulted and collected the related literatures about pharmacological action of Forsythia suspensa based on forsythiaside as main bioactive ingredient, and analyzed and sorted out the related literatures. Results：FTS, as the main bioactive in- gredient of Forsythia suspensa,has been found to have widely pharmacological actions including neuroprotection in both cognitive im- pairment and transient ischemic injury,improvement in learning and memory deficits,vasorelaxant,antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-infec- tire, antipyretic, anti-DNA damage, anti-ototoxicity and so on. Conclusion ： Forsythia suspensa has wide ranges of pharmacological actions and great exploiting values in various aspects.
