摘　　要：江西省教育行政部门更新教育理念、转变教育方式,拓展竞赛项目、丰富竞赛类型,提升竞赛"含金量"、扩大参赛规模,完善赛事组织管理、加大政府支持力度,积极组织学生科技创新竞赛,调动了大学生情境学习的积极性,构建了应用型人才培养的新平台,完善了应用型人才培养的教学条件,锻炼了应用型人才培养的教师队伍。高校应通过更新高等教育人才培养观念,加强竞赛指导教师队伍建设,增加财政经费对竞赛的投入,扩大竞赛的受益面,建立新型学业评价制度,构建多元支持体系,研制综合信息管理系统等措施,完善以竞赛为依托的应用型人才培养新模式,拓宽应用型人才培养的新路径。The educational administrative department in Jiangxi Province has established a new platform for the training of application-oriented talents through updating educational philosophy, transforming educational method, expanding contest events, enriching contest forms, improving contest quality, enlarging contest scale, perfecting contest organization, which has accelerated the college students enthusiasm for situated learning, perfected the teaching conditions of training application-oriented talents, and improved the teaching staff of training application-oriented talents. We should also update the idea of talent-training, enhance the construction of contest instructing teachers, increase the financial expenditure to contest, enlarge the benefit individuals, establish a new stype of academic evaluation system, construct a multi-support system, develop a comprehensive information management system, etc., so that the new mode of training application-oriented talents based on contest can be perfected, and the approaches of training application-oriented talents can be broadened.
