摘　　要：目的：了解深圳市宝安区流动儿童保健现状及影响因素，为制定深圳市流动儿童健康管理政策提供依据。方法：从深圳市宝安区选取流动人口较集中的两个街道，对符合条件的805名0—36个月流动儿童的监护人进行调查。结果：宝安区流动儿童健康体检率及系统管理率分别为60．7％和38．9％；不同年龄组儿童的健康体检率和系统管理率比较差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=45．44，P〉0．05；χ^2=37．22，P〉0．05），低年龄组儿童的健康体检率及系统管理率均高于高年龄组儿童；“没有必要”是儿童未接受健康体检的首要原因，不同年龄组儿童未体检原因的构成比差异有统计学意义（χ^2=23．28，P〈0．05）；“医生水平低”是体检儿童未达到系统管理的首要原因，不同年龄组儿童未达到系统管理原因的构成比差异无统计学意义（χ^2=2．58，P〉0．05）。结论：深圳市宝安区流动儿童保健形势严峻，提高儿童监护人保健意识及儿保医生技能水平是促进流动儿童保健资源利用水平提升的重要途径。Objective： To understand the current situation of health care of migrant children in Baoan district of Shenzhen city andthe influencing factors, provide a basis for making health management strategies for migrant children in Shenzhen city. Methods： Two streets with high population density were selected from Baoan district of Shenzhen city, the guardians of 805 migrant children aged 0 - 36 months meeting the criteria were investigated. Results： The healthy physical examination rate and system management rate of migrant children in Baoan district were 60. 7% and 38.9% , respectively; there were statistically significant differences in healthy physical examination rate and system management rate among different age groups （χ^2 = 45.44, P 〉 0.05 ; χ^2 = 37.22, P 〉 0. 05 ） , the healthy physical examination rate and system management rate of migrant children in low age group were higher than those in high age group ; the first cause of children not receiving healthy physical examination was needlessness, there was statistically significant difference in the proportion of causes not receiving healthy physical examination among different age groups （χ^2 = 23.28, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the first cause of children not achieving system management was low level of doctors ; there was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of causes not achieving system management among different age groups （χ^2 = 2. 58, P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The situation of health care of migrant children in Baoan district of Shenzhen city is grim, improving the health consciousness of children＂ guardians and skill level of pediatricians are important ways to promote health care resource utilization of migrant children.
