摘 要:目的:考察羧甲基壳聚糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用Fenton法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和DPPH法,考察O-羧甲基壳聚糖、N-羧甲基壳聚糖、N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH、H2O2的清除作用和还原能力。结果:O-羧甲基壳聚糖、N-羧甲基壳聚糖、N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH及H2O2均有较好的清除作用,且随浓度的增大,清除作用越强;其中O-羧甲基壳聚糖的抗氧化性最佳。结论:羧甲基壳聚糖的体外抗氧化活性优于壳聚糖,且与其取代位置和浓度相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antioxidant activity in vitro of carboxymethyl chitosan. METHODS The antioxi- dant activity in vitro of O-carboxymethyl chitosan, N-carboxymethyl chitosan, N, O-carboxymethyl chitosan were evaluated by the elimination of hydroxyl free radicals, superoxide anion free radicals, 1 diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals and H202. RESULTS The antioxidant test demonstrated that O-carboxymethyl chitosan, N-carboxymethyl chitosan and N, (Ycar- boxymethyl chitosan had antioxidant activity. The antioxidant activities were increased as its concentration was increased. O- carboxymethyl chitosan showed the best antioxidant activity. CONCLUSION Carboxymethyl chitosan possesses more powerful antioxidant activity in vitro than that of chitosan and its antioxidant activity has the relationship with the substitute position and the concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan.
