木浆添加量对造纸法再造烟叶片基的影响

摘　　要：为了解添加木浆对造纸法再造烟叶片基性能的影响,采用在造纸法抄造过程中添加不同木浆用量的方法,分析了木浆添加量对造纸法再造烟叶片基物理性能、渗透性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,木浆的添加量从3%增加至15%,片基的抗张指数、撕裂指数、透气度得到明显改善,再造烟叶片基表面的孔隙率逐渐增加,再造烟叶片基内部的纤维结构变得疏松,有利于液体从片基表面渗透到内部,再造烟叶片基的整体吸液性能和渗透性能得到明显改善。In order to investigate the effects of wood pulp addition on the properties of base-sheet of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco, the effects of wood pulp addition rate on the physical properties, permeability and microstructures of the base-sheet were analyzed by adding different rates of wood pulp during paper-making process. The results indicated that when the addition rate of wood pulp increased from 3% to 15%, the tensile index, tear index and air permeability of base-sheet were obviously improved, the surface porosity of base-sheet increased gradually, the texture of base-sheet became loose, which was beneficial to liquid permeation from the surface into inside of base-sheet, and the absorption property and permeability of base-sheet improved obviously.
