摘　　要：为了研究VAS流化床设备对叶丝质量的影响，对比评价VAS处理前后昆明卷烟厂两个品牌滚筒烘丝模块叶丝各项指标。结果表明：叶丝经过VAS流化床以后，含水率、温度较为均匀，感官质量均有所提升，填充值提高了0．53～0．58cm2／g，叶丝整丝率、碎丝率均有所降低，叶丝纯净度由96．57％提升至99．81％以上。In order to study the effects of VAS fluidized bed on the quality of cut strips, the indexes of cylinder drying cut strips of two brands before and after VAS processing were comparatively evaluated in Kunming Cigarette Factory. The results showed that after VAS processing, cut strips possessed more uniform moisture content and temperature and better sensory quality, the filling value increased by 0.53-0.58 cm3/g, the purity raised from 96.57% to above 99.81%, the proportions of long strands and short strands decreased to a certain degree.
