不同遮光处理对大棚越夏硬果番茄筋腐病发生及其产量的影响

摘　　要：采用不同遮光率的遮阳网和不同颜色的防虫网,研究温度与光照对越夏番茄筋腐病发生的影响,筛选出一套适宜防治番茄筋腐病的有效措施,以提高番茄商品率,确保番茄产量和品质。结果表明,不同遮光处理中,遮光率60%/银色防虫网组合的番茄各项品质指标最好,番茄红素为9.21mg/kg,w(可溶性固形物)为5.7%,w(可溶性糖)为3.38%,w(总酸)为0.46%,糖酸比7.35,筋腐病发病率为3%,远小于CK(21.7%)。遮光率60%/银色防虫网组合产量最高为122 100kg/hm2,较CK产量增幅达26.6%,与CK相比差异显著。其他遮光处理无论番茄品质或产量均高于CK,而发病率都远小于CK。通过适宜的遮光可有效降低夏季高温和强光照,大幅提高越夏番茄商品率和产量,降低番茄筋腐病发生。In order to reduce the hard fruit tomato rib rot rate, increase the yield and profit of tomato, and enrich the supply of southern market, the influences of different shading treatments on tomato rotten flesh disease were explored in summer greenhouse in northern area. Different shading nets with different shading rates and different colors of insect nets were used to study the effects of temperature and light on incidence of tomato rotten flesh disease, and to screen out a set of suitable effective measures for prevention of tomato rotten flesh disease, improving tomato commodity rate, ensuring yield and quality of tomato. The results showed that combination of 60% shading and 32 silver color polyethylene net displayed the best quality indicators, including 9.21 mg/kg of lycopene, 5.7% of soluble solids, 3.38% of soluble sugar, 0.46% of total acid, 7.35 of sugar acid ratio, and rib rot incidence was 3%, far less than 21.7% of the CK. The yield of the combination was significantly different with the CK. It gave out the highest yield of 122 100 kg/hm, which was 26.6% higher than the control. Other shading treatments also gave out higher quality, higher yield and lower incidence of disease rate than that of the CK. As a conclusion, appropriate shading can effectively reduce the summer high temperature and strong light intensity, and greatly improve the summer tomato commodity rate and yield, reduce the incidence of tomato rotten flesh disease.
