高强度超声聚焦治疗盆腹腔恶性肿瘤26例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高强度超声聚焦治疗在腹盆腔恶性肿瘤局部治疗中的作用。方法:对26例腹盆腔恶性肿瘤进行高能超声聚焦治疗,每月复查随访,观察其治疗后3个月的疗效情况。结果:26例患者中76.9%(20例)症状得到不同程度的缓解,1例完全缓解,8例部分缓解,11例稳定,6例进展;随访超声57.7%(15例)患者治疗区域超声回声增强,46.2%(12例)治疗区域内肿块血供不同程度减少或消失,治疗时部分患者具有腰背部酸痛及轻度皮肤灼伤。结论:高能超声聚焦治疗腹盆腔恶性肿瘤近期疗效较满意,不良反应较小,适用于常规治疗无效的盆腹腔肿瘤患者的病情控制。Objective ：To investigate the efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in the treatment of abdomenal carcinoma, nethods：A total of 26 cases with abdomenal carcinoma were treatment by HIFU. Followed up each month for 3months, observing the therapeutical effects in every stages. Results：The symptoms had different degrees of ease in the 20 of the 26 patients. CR 1 ,PR 8, SD 11, PD 6. The healing area was ultrasonic echo enhancement with 15 patients （57. 7% ）. The blood supply reduced or disappeared in healing area with 12 patients （46. 2% ）. Some patients had waist back pain and skin burn when they had treated. Conclusions：High intensity focused ultrasound was a effectively method to treated abdomenal carcinoma. The adverse reaction was less. HIFU was suitable for use control partial carcinoma which had not conventional therapy.
