摘 要:在实验室SiC管炉中进行了铁水预处理脱硅的试验研究,比较了上置法、吹气搅拌法、模拟喷吹法和机械搅拌法脱硅的脱硅能力、起泡高度、脱硅有效氧利用率。初步结果表明:搅拌能明显地缩短脱硅反应时间,提高脱硅速率,且随搅拌功增大,脱硅能力提高。机械搅拌法脱硅渣起泡高度最低,脱硅能力明显优于上置法脱硅,说明机械搅拌有利于抑制或降低脱硅渣起泡、提高脱硅能力。The experimental studies on hot metal pretreatment desiliconization with agitation methods were carried out in SiC tube furnace. Desiliconization capacity, foaming height and oxygen utilization efficiency of desiliconization were compared with different desiliconization methods such as top addition, gas bubbling, imitation injection and mechanical agitation. The preliminary results showed that desiliconization reaction time can be shortened and desiliconization rate can be raised through agitation, desiliconization capacity improves with agitation power increasing, and mechanical agitation method has the lowest foaming height and better desiliconization capacity than top addition method. It illustrated that the mechanical agitation is favorable to restrain or reduce slag foaming and improve desiliconization ability.
