摘  要:目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子对多发性脑梗塞的影响。方法:选用Wistar大鼠,应用微栓子栓塞阻断方法,将大鼠造成多发性脑梗塞模型,通过大鼠神经行为学改变和海马组织病理改变来探讨血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子对大鼠多发性脑梗塞模型的影响。结果:血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子能明显改善多发性脑梗塞大鼠海马组织病理学和神经行为学改变。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合神经生长因子是治疗多发性脑梗塞的有效方法。Objective: To explore Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and nerve growth factor in patients with multiple cerebral infarction. Method: MCI models were established in Wistar rats by using mieroemholi embolism method.The roles of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction used together with nerve growth factor neurological behavior changes and pathological changes in the hippocampus after multiple cerebral infarction in the rats were explored. Results : Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with nerve growth factor can significantly improve the pathological changes in hippocampus and neurological behavior changes, which showed that Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction used with nerve growth factor was a good method of treatment against multiple cerebral infarction.
