摘　　要：在辨析脏腑生理功能与生理特性含义的基础上,从本脏之气、五脏苦欲、五脏所恶、气机升降等,探析五脏生理特性的主要内容及其对五脏生理功能、病理变化、治则用药的影响。指出五脏不同的生理特性,决定着其不同的病机特点,临证遣方组药须考虑五脏各自的生理特性。On the basis of the difference between physiological function and physiological characteristic of Zang-fu organs, the physiological characteristics of five Zang-organs, which mainly include Zang-qi, preference and non-preference of five Zang-organs, aversion to five climatic factors and ascending and descending of functional qi activities, were analyzed.The physiological characteristics of five Zang-organs affect the physiological functions, pathological changes and therapeutic principles of five Zang-organs.These expressions reveal that physiological characteristics of five Zang-organs mediate physiological functions and pathological characteristics, and Chinese medical treatments are based on physiological characteristics of five Zang-organs.
