摘　　要：五行辨证是根据五行生克乘侮,辨别脏腑病机五行传变所表现症候的辨证思维方法。本综述综合了各家对于便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)病因病机的认识,以五行相生之培土生金、滋水涵木、益火补土,五行相克之佐金平木、抑木扶土、泻南补北来归纳近几年IBS-C中医治疗概况,以寻求IBS-C中医更规范化、系统化的临床诊治体系,从而为能运用中医诊治体系攻克西医无法根治的疾病奠定基础。The differential diagnosis in five-elements of TCM is a type of dialectic thinking methods which is based on restriction in five-elements and theory of viscera.This review contains various ways to the etiology and pathogenesis of IBS-C which is reinforcing earth to strengthen metal, nourishing Yin of liver and kidney and so on.h has summed up the IBS-C treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, to find a solution that will he standardization and systematization in the clinical diagnosis and treatment system of TCM, so as to use the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system to treat the disease that western medicine cannot solve.
