摘　　要：近年来,我国肺癌的发病率呈明显上升趋势.D-二聚体是检测凝血障碍的敏感指标,在肿瘤疾病早期可出现异常.相关文献表明血浆D二聚体水平与肺癌的早期诊断、分期、转移、化疗疗效、生存时间、病理类型等密切相关,本文就近年来相关的研究作一简要概述.In recent years, the incidence of lung cancer in our country has been increasing. D-dimer is a sensitive indicator to detect clotting disorders. Many articles show that plasma D-dimer level is closely related to the early diagnosis, stage, metastasis, efficacy of chemotherapy, survival time, and histological type in lung cancer. This article reviews related researches of recent years in this field.
