摘　　要：图书馆在整个知识服务价值链中,发挥着支持和促进知识转移的中介作用,这种支持和促进作用的发挥取决于图书馆的核心能力。从界定图书馆核心能力结构出发,分析总结12种图书馆知识转移渠道,引入四个评价指标,在此基础上建立图书馆知识转移模型,得出6种图书馆知识转移的模式。Libraries play the intermediary role in supporting and promoting knowledge transfer in the whole knowledge services value chain.This paper makes the model of library knowledge transfer on the basis of defining the library＇s core competence and analyzing the 12 channels of library knowledge transfer,then summarizes the 6 modes of knowledge transfer.
