血清基质金属蛋白酶-9表达与侵袭性垂体腺瘤的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase 9,MMP-9)的表达与其侵袭特性的相关性。方法收集行手术治疗的垂体腺瘤患者70例,其中侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者38例,非侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者22例,健康体检患者30例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测法分别监测患者血清MMP-9水平,并观察侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9水平与肿瘤大小及功能之间的关系。结果侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9水平显著高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者和健康体检患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者基质金属蛋白酶-9水平与肿瘤大小存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的功能无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清基质金属蛋白酶-9水平的升高与侵袭性垂体腺瘤侵袭特性及肿瘤生长相关,这可能提示侵袭性垂体腺瘤病情进展过程中基质金属蛋白酶-9扮演者重要角色。Objective To discuss the correlation between expression of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） and invasive pituitary adenoma.Methods 70 patients with pituitary adenoma treated with operation were collected,including 38 cases of invasive pituitary adenoma,22 cases of noninvasive pituitary adenoma and 30 cases of healthy patients.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） method was applied to detect serum MMP-9 levels,and the relationship between invasive pituitary serum matrix patients with adenoma metalloproteinase-9 level and tumor size and function was observed.Results The serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 level of invasive pituitary adenoma patients was significantly higher than that in patients with aggressive pituitary adenoma and healthy patients,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.There was correlation between invasive pituitary adenoma patients of matrix metalloproteinase 9 level and the size of tumor,and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）,but there was no significant correlation with tumor function,and the differences were not significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions The serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 level increased growth associated with invasive adenoma invasiveness and neoplastic pituitary,which might indicate that it may plays an important role in the process of the invasive pituitary adenoma.
