摘　　要：目的分析一起由致病大肠埃希氏菌引起的食物中毒。方法通过流行病学和实验室检验结果进行分析。结果病人、厨师粪便(肛拭)标本、剩余食物中检出致病性大肠埃希菌O125K70。结论确认为致病性大肠埃希菌引起的食物中毒。Objective To analyze a case of food poisoning caused by pathogenic escherichia coli.Methods The epidemiological and laboratory test were adopted to analyze.Results O 125 K 70 pathogenic escherichia coli was detected from feces（rectal swab） specimens,leftovers of the patients and chefs.Conclusions This case was identified as a food poisoning case caused by pathogenic escherichia coli.
