摘 要:目的研究一种饮水澄清消毒剂杀灭水中大肠杆菌的效果及其影响因素,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用模拟现场水消毒试验方法,对该饮水澄清消毒剂杀灭大肠杆菌效果进行了评价。结果该饮水澄清消毒剂以二氯异氰尿酸钠为杀菌成分,聚合氯化铝为澄清剂组合而成。有效氯浓度为10 mg/L的该消毒剂能使水样中人工污染的大肠杆菌下降至0 cfu/100 ml。设计条件下的初始浊度、pH值、水温及色度对其杀菌效果无明显影响。结论该饮水澄清消毒剂对水体中大肠杆菌杀灭效果较好,具有良好的澄清作用,适应自然条件范围广。Objective To study the disinfection efficiency and influence factors of a elarifier - disinfectant to Escherichia coli in laboratory, and to provide theoretical guidance for the practical application. Methods Simulated field test was used to observe the disinfection effect to Escherichia eoli by elarifier - disinfectant. Results The main disinfection concert of the clarifier - disinfectant for drinking water was sodium diehloroisoeyanurate, and PAC was used as elarifieant. When the available chlorine of water sample was 10 mg/L, Escherichia Coli added in water could not be detected out. The initial turbidity, pH value, temperature and chromaticity had no significant influence on the disinfection effect. Conclusion The elarifier - disinfectant for drinking water can effectively inactive Escherichia coli and the total count of bacteria. The water disinfected by the elarifier - disinfectant for drinking water can meet the requirement of clarifying natural water.
